Eating Baby Food

Isn’t this the cutest picture you have ever seen? This is one of my favorite photos of Tyse. He enjoyed eating Apples and Cherries.


Tyse is eating baby foods again. Hopefully, it will stay that way. Tyse was doing really well, but then Todd and I noticed that his regular symptoms are coming back. He sounds congested again for the tenth time, and his secretions are starting to thicken. He is having trouble sleeping (it was so nice going to bed at 10pm and waking up at 10am. I enjoyed it.) Now we are back to waking up several times during the night.

Tyse is going down to Riley on Feb 20th to have a Bronchoscope. If they find anything then they will remove it. The doctors are looking for enlarged adenoids or floppy tissues in the throat. Also he is having a different G-tube placed in his stomach because his current one is leaking. I’m very scared and nervous. Please pray for both surgeries to go smoothly and pray for them to fix both situations.

Tyse is somewhat happy. You can tell he is having trouble breathing. I hope they find the problem. He was so happy this last weekend. It was great to see him enjoying life and having fun. I was a very happy Mommy too.

Tomorrow, Todd and I are going to the eye doctor to get our eyes checked. On Thursday, I go to the regular doctor to get an examine and to possible get my chickenpox vaccine. I am immune to the Chickenpox so Tyse’s doctor said I need the vaccine just in case Tyse’s were to ever get them. He had his vaccine on Friday along with the rest of his one year shots.
